Our Menopause Programs give women direct access to doctors within a supportive group of women going through a similar life-changing experience. It’s a perfect “on-ramp” of medical education that is personally applied to every woman in the group. There is nothing more comforting than connecting with others who are experiencing the same challenges through a vulnerable time of life.
LEARN MOREDoctor appointments are reimbursable through most insurance plans. Our team will provide a superbill to submit to your plan. You can also use FSA/HSA funds to cover appointments and many supplements and lubricant purchases.
All of our telemedicine doctors are Board-Certified Gynecologists who have experience treating menopause symptoms and can offer prescription support if needed. Our health coaches are Registered Dietitians with training in behavior-change science to help you naturally manage anxiety, mood changes, brain fog, sleep problems, weight change, and fatigue associated with menopause.
Our integrated care model recommends that you initially meet with a doctor for a full diagnosis, medical guidance and prescription support. From there, we recommend monthly meetings with your health coach for a minimum of 3 months. At that time, your health coach and you will determine if continued care is needed, and when you should check in with the doctor and/or health coach for follow-ups and refills.
A quiet space, a computer with good audio and video capability, any medications you have questions about on hand, and a list of questions. You will be prompted to fill out your medical history ahead of time so that the doctor can review it and be ready for the appointment. Our platform is HIPAA-compliant to ensure your security.
We offer evidence-based treatments for addressing your symptoms, including prescription medication, lifestyle & diet changes, supplements and vitamins, and more. We believe in an Integrated Care Model, which is a team approach between you, a doctor, and a health coach. After you share your symptoms and experience with menopause, your provider will start to create a custom treatment plan for your symptoms.
