What We’re Building

Job Responsibilities
Gennevseeks an enthusiastic and self-motivated RDN to join a team of RDNs committedto providing women with the best healthcare in the world through virtualnutrition, health, and lifestyle coaching services. RDNs play an integral rolein peri and post-menopausal symptom management and chronic disease riskreduction by providing 1:1 telehealth sessions and supportive accountabilityvia chat/SMS service.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Minimum of bachelor's degree in a health-related field
· RDN credential
· Active state licensure
· Ideally 4+ years (minimum of 2 years) of nutrition coaching/nutritioncounseling experience
· Strong motivational interviewing and behavior change skills
· Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and all related applications
· Experience with remote based internal communication systems (i.e.Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Meetings)
· Eagerness to learn and contribute to building new technology platforms
· Professional or personal experience with peri/post menopause
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a remote teammember
· Willingness to participate in a culture of learning where feedback isgiven and received
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills
· Open to learning new technology, developing new skills, and innovativethinking
· Outstanding customer service skills and proven ability to findcreative, realistic solutions to help patients meet their goals.
· Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced start-up environment
· Experience with Athena and or other electronic health recordtechnology
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Delivery of 1:1 telehealth services
· Use of evidenced based behavior change strategies and motivationalinterviewing to support patients in developing sustainable habits for menopausesymptom management and chronic disease risk reduction
· Customization of patient recommendations based on assessed needs andpersonal goals
· Integration of information from patient’s menopause assessment,medical intake form, and prior encounters with medical providers to establishthe best care plan
· Creation of post-call follow-up notes with key topics discussed,supportive and actionable strategies, and relevant educational resources
· Documentation of sessions using HIPPA compliant charting software in aclear and concise manner to facilitate seamless communication between providers
· Recognition when referral to other providers is warranted/appropriate
· Collaboration with interdisciplinary health team including, but notlimited to, other dietitians, medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, andpatient care team around patient goals and relevant medical history
· Use of SMS texting to provide supportive accountability
· Recommendation of Gennev programs, services, and products asappropriate
· Content creation, including, but not limited to informational videosessions, blog posts, and educational resources
· Collaborative participation in innovation and growth of patient serviceofferings
· Maintenance of up to ten RDN state licenses
Logistics
· Must hold a current RDN license in PA or IL
· Services to be delivered remotely via computer
· Training provided as part of onboarding
· Availability generally needed 9-5pm M-F within relative time zone
