What We’re Building
Gennev is building the digital health platform for women in the second half of life, starting with menopause. We offer telehealth consultations with OB/GYNs and Registered Dietitians, health & wellness products and on-demand education. Gennev has the nation’s largest network of menopause specialists and is part of the Unified Women’s Healthcare network of providers.
As our B2B2C Marketing Manager at Gennev, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting our sales team in reaching healthcare providers and organizations. You will be responsible for developing and executing various marketing campaigns, managing creative resources, and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B2C marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly proficient in leveraging various digital channels.
- B2B Partnership Development and Marketing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing collateral and campaigns to support B2B partner acquisition and retention.
- Own the development of sales enablement materials for all our audiences (healthcare payers, service providers and referral partners), including the creation and production of collateral and toolkits (digital and print), landing pages, and videos to support the adoption of our services.
- Oversee and guide the work of designers and writers to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials that align with the Gennev brand guidelines.
- Manage internal and external review process, including legal reviews with our client partners.
- B2C Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns targeting end consumers (patients) to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
- Create compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates the value and benefits of our healthcare solutions to the target audience.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, to reach and engage consumers.
- Digital Marketing and Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to reach and engage B2B partners and end consumers with an emphasis on the LinkedIn platform.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and informative content across various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email, to drive awareness and engagement.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing techniques to increase website traffic, generate leads, and convert prospects.
- Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to segment audiences, track customer journeys, and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B2C marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies targeting both B2B partners and end consumers.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including healthcare providers, patient journeys, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign for editing of sales enablement materials.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
