Jessica brings with her years of experience building health with clients through a holistic and integrative approaches that includes food, movement, stress, and sleep. She roots her practice in self-compassion and starts with what is realistic for her clients to build long-term, sustainable habits. She is passionate about providing high quality education and tools and giving space to her clients to express all the frustrating, funny, positive, challenging experiences that come with menopause. Jessica has been a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist since 2015 and received a B.S from Cornell University in Natural Resources and a MS in Nutrition from Bastyr University.
